This policy explains what personal information Interactive Innovations LLC, trading as Claus' Keepsakes ("we", "us", "our"), collects when you use clauskeepsakes.com and offer.clauskeepsakes.com, and what we do with it.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, shipping and billing address, and the items you ordered. If you order a personalised product, we collect the photo you upload and the wording you choose. If you contact us, we keep your message and our reply.

Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the page or advert that brought you to us. We collect this with cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • take payment for, make and deliver your order
  • send you order confirmations and shipping updates
  • answer your questions and handle refunds
  • prevent fraud and keep the site secure
  • measure how the site and our advertising perform
  • meet our legal and tax obligations

We use the photo you upload to make and deliver your order.

We keep order records for as long as we need them to provide our service, handle refunds and claims, and meet legal and tax obligations.

We are based in the United States. Your information is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
