1. Who we are
This website is operated by Interactive Innovations LLC, trading as Claus' Keepsakes ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to clauskeepsakes.com, offer.clauskeepsakes.com and any order you place with us.
By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Placing an order
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a payment fails, if we cannot make the item, or if a price was shown in error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Please check your order details, shipping address and personalisation before you pay. You are responsible for their accuracy.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars, Canadian dollars, British pounds or Australian dollars, depending on where you are. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, including any shipping charge, before you confirm payment.
Payment is taken when you place your order. Offers and discounts shown on the site can change or end at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.
Taxes, duties and import fees charged by your country are your responsibility unless checkout shows them as included.
4. Personalised products
Some products are made to order with a photo and wording you choose. You see a preview before you pay, and your item is printed as shown in that preview. We do not retouch photos or remove backgrounds.
By uploading a photo you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not break the law or infringe anyone else's rights. You give us permission to use it to make and deliver your order. We may refuse to print content that is unlawful or offensive, and will refund the order if we do.
5. Product descriptions
We try to show our products accurately. Colours and sizes can look slightly different on your screen, and each made-to-order item can vary a little from the preview.
6. Shipping
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping insurance does not count as an item for free shipping.
Any delivery time we give is an estimate. Ownership of your order and the risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers it to the address you gave us.
7. Shipping insurance
Shipping insurance is optional and is added at checkout for one flat price per order. It covers your parcel against loss, theft and damage in transit, and is provided by Parcelis.
To make a claim, go to claims.myparcelis.com and enter the email address you ordered with and your order number. Parcelis will ask for details such as your tracking number, photos of any damage, or a police report for a stolen parcel. Parcelis reviews the claim and pays you directly.
8. Our 90 day money-back guarantee
Every order comes with a 90 day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your order, you can ask for a refund within 90 days of the date you placed it. This covers everything we sell, including personalised products.
To ask for a refund, email hello@clauskeepsakes.com with your order number and the email address you ordered with, and tell us what went wrong. A photo helps if the item arrived damaged or the print is not right. We will reply with the next steps.
9. Refunds
We refund the price you paid for the product. Shipping charges and shipping insurance are not refunded. Refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be excluded.
10. Use of the site
You may not misuse the site, interfere with how it works, try to access it without permission, or use it for anything unlawful. The content on the site, including our name, logo, designs, images and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
11. Liability
The site and our products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
